One day / two day seminar

From the key language for facilitating a meeting through to generating win-win options with international customers and business partners, this workshop includes several slide presentations about key concepts (e.g. Focus on the problem, not the people!) and many role-plays and scenarios to practice and build confidence. There is also a Key Phrases Handbook for each participant (paper and digital versions).


After completing the workshop, participants will:


① Understand the structure and style of international meetings

② Have a clear idea of how to contribute in meetings in English

③ Know how to structure a negotiation to achieve the best results for both sides.
